Open to families · free to start

Snap the practice schedule. Paste the coach’s text. Scan the receipt. You check it, and your family’s week falls into place.

Works on your iPhone or Android, right in the browser. Nothing to download.

The app’s review screen after photographing the sheet: a note that one row sat on a fold, who the events are for, then editable Swim practice events, each with a Keep checkbox. The Nov 23 row is marked date may be off.
The family calendar right after Confirm: 4 events saved to your calendar, and Wednesday’s 4:00 swim practice for Leo ringed with a Saved tag, above Jordan’s parent-teacher conference.

Snap the sheet. It reads every row: dates, times, place. You check it. The row on the fold gets flagged, not guessed. Confirm once. All four are on the family calendar, in Leo’s color.

The plus button

Whatever it is, it starts in one place.

  • Tap what it isA receipt, a schedule, a recipe, a coupon. Then take a photo, pick a PDF or paste the text.
  • Or just paste itThe coach’s text, the dentist’s reminder. It fills in the day, time and place. You check them before it saves.
  • Or type itA to-do, a chore, a meal, a note. Typing is always free.

2It remembers

Open it. Know what matters now.

The next thing first. The rest out of your way.

  • A color for every personPick them. One tap shows just one kid’s day.
  • The bag list, before practiceCleats, shin guards, water. Not after you’ve left.
  • A reminder when it countsAn hour before the game, not a pile of pings.
  • Also today, one tap eachThe trash goes out at 8: Done. The milk’s on sale: plus List.

Your stores, together

Which stores you see depends on where you live.

Weekly ads: this week’s ads from Kroger, Meijer, Walgreens, Dollar General, ALDI and Target, each with its dates and number of deals, under a search box for all flyers.

3It connects

Out of milk. On sale. Coupon ready.

You tapped the empty jug. It found this week’s sale and matched the coupon in your wallet. One line.

  1. PantryThe receipt you scanned. The tap when the jug was empty.
  2. Kroger’s adPulled in each week, checked against what you usually pay.
  3. Coupon walletThe coupon you snapped last week.
On Today: 2% Reduced Fat Milk. Ran out yesterday, $2.49 at Kroger (usually $3.29), $0.75 off in your wallet, with a plus List button.

You ran out. It remembers you marked it used up. It’s on sale. $2.49 this week. You usually pay $3.29. You have a coupon. $0.75 off, already in your wallet. One tap. It’s on the shopping list, with the sale right beside it.

It only says what it can back up. No sale this week? It just tells you you’re out.

4You decide

It asks before it acts.

A photo is a guess until you say otherwise.

A review note: Read from a printed practice sheet. One row sat on a fold in the paper — double-check its date.
It says what it’s unsure of.
A review card for Swim practice marked date may be off — check, with editable event, date, time and place fields.
It flags the row to check.Weekday and date disagree? It asks.
The review’s Confirm checked button.
Nothing saves until you confirm.

It won’t merge things on a hunch. Might be a duplicate? It asks.

What you have, and what’s about to turn

For the kids

Their own screen. Their own character.

Kid Mode is a big-button screen for the kids. They tap their face, see today’s chores and tap “I did it!”. Your phone pings so you can approve it. Then a game, starring the characters they built.

Kids are names, not accounts. Lock a tablet to Kid Mode with your Parent PIN.

Maya’s Kid Mode board: her character, a 4-day streak, $2.00 earned, and her chores with I did it! buttons.

Kithful Plus

$3.33 /month, billed $39.99 a year

Or $4.99 month to month. One price covers the whole household.

  • Everything in Free
  • Unlimited scans. Snap it and move on.
  • Cancel anytime. You keep everything you’ve added.
  • Early-access families: $29.99 a year, for as long as you keep it

Every new household starts with 14 days of Plus, no card needed. After that you’re on Free unless you choose Plus. Nothing gets locked or deleted.

Coming from an app that’s shutting down? Here’s how to switch from Mealime (closed Oct 21) or Maple (closes Dec 31), or from OurHome (already gone from the app stores).

What counts as a scan?

One upload the app reads for you: a receipt, a sports schedule, a school calendar PDF, a coupon, a flyer, a recipe card, a doctor’s visit summary. Several pages in one upload count as one scan. Typing and pasting a text never count.

What happens when I use up my free scans?

Nothing gets locked. You can still type it in or paste the text, everything you already added stays, and your scans come back on the 1st of the month.

Is anything held back on the free plan?

No. Every feature works on Free. Plus only removes the monthly scan limit.

Do I pay for each person in the family?

No. One household is one price. Every grown-up gets their own login, and kids are names, not accounts.

Do I need a credit card for the trial?

No. The 14 days of Plus just end, and you’re on Free. Nothing is charged unless you choose Plus.

How does it compare on price?

Most family organizer apps charge $39–$80 a year for the paid tier, and the AI assistants run $120 a year and up. Kithful’s free plan includes every feature, and Plus is $39.99 a year for the whole household.

What happens to my data if I stop paying?

It stays. You go back to Free with everything intact. You can download or delete all of it, any time, from Settings.

Bring your family in.

Setup takes about two minutes. Your household starts with 14 days of Plus, no card needed.

No card, no spam, no sharing.
